Sushi is my favorite food but I quit ordering delivery because the experience was always underwhelming. I started manually curating make-your-own sashimi bowls for friends and it took hours of shopping and preparation each time. In trying to figure out how to deliver it, a pizza box turned into a prototype and Sushi Boat was born. After rave reviews from friends I set out to design a configurable food delivery system that would enable a superior experience.
